Document Handling

• Documents are secured during handling, storage, and transit to the extent reasonably possible within the nature of mobile services.


• Where digital file transfer is used, we strive to use reasonably secure methods; however, you acknowledge that no electronic transmission is 100% risk-free.


• We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party entities (e.g., couriers, government agencies) once documents leave our possession.


• Original document custody remains the responsibility of the client unless explicitly transferred for service.

While we take all reasonable precautions, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Our liability for any loss, delay, or damage to documents—whether physical or digital—is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service associated with the document.
• We are not liable for consequential damages, such as missed deadlines, financial losses, or denied applications resulting from document issues.

If you require additional insurance or specialized handling, please notify us in advance so accommodations can be arranged when available.

4. General Website Use
By accessing our website or scheduling services, you agree not to use our site or services for any unlawful, unauthorized, or harmful purpose.

Appointments canceled with fewer than 24 hours’ notice are subject to:

• A $75 early termination fee, or
• Reimbursement of costs incurred on your behalf, whichever is greater.

Fees must be paid before rescheduling future appointments.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe our services on the website.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information for all purchases.
