Our standard fees are designed to be reasonable and competitive. The basic fee for a typical notarization within our primary service area is $100. Additional notarizations beyond the first are $25 each.
For clients located outside our standard coverage area, additional travel fees apply but are calculated affordably. Fees are based on roundtrip mileage and estimated travel time rather than fixed geographic zones. This ensures even those further away are not priced out of our services.
We also offer flexible package and volume discount pricing models for businesses and organizations requiring frequent or high-volume notarizations. Discounted rates make repeated use of our mobile services cost-effective.
Special services like apostille certifications for international documents have separate fees set by the Secretary of State. However, we aim to keep total costs as low as possible through streamlined processes.
Fees are always discussed upfront so clients know exactly what to expect. No hidden charges are ever applied. In special financial hardship situations, discounted rates may also be available upon request.
