What identification is required?
As notary publics, we must properly identify all signers. A current government-issued photo ID such as a driver's license or passport is standard.
How long does it take?
For basic signings, expect around 5-10 minutes per document. More complex transactions may take 15-30 minutes depending on details. Our notaries are efficient to minimize your time commitment.
What documents can be notarized?
Our notaries are qualified to handle a wide range of common agreements including real estate documents, loan applications, trusts, affidavits, deeds and more. We can notarize most any document requiring a notarized signature.
How much will it cost?
Pricing starts at $60 within our service area which includes one notarization. Each additional notarization is $10. We provide estimates upfront and accept most major credit/debit cards.
Can signings be done remotely?
Yes, our notaries are trained in secure remote online notarization allowing fully digital signings for clients unable to meet in person. We are currently waiting for approval from the Secretary of State tp begin in 2024.
