Why timelines matter for clinical teams
Mistakes that delay country submissions
- A generic power of attorney. Many authorities want specific wording, named products or a defined scope. Get the local template first.
- FDA certificates sent to a state. They're federal documents and go to the U.S. Department of State.
- Out-of-date good standing certificates. Many authorities want documents issued within a few months of filing.
- Signers who aren't available. Officers travel. We can notarize several signers in one visit or meet each one separately.
- Translations done too early. Some authorities want the apostille or legalization translated too.
- Assuming every country takes an apostille. Several important markets still require embassy legalization.
