We get apostilles from every U.S. state. Tell us which one, and we’ll show its typical timing.

I-9 verification: just want a price? Continue here and we’ll send your quote. Ready to book? Our I-9 booking form is faster.
Which documents do you need help with?
CORI or driving record: the apostille needs a certified copy, not a printout. See how to get a certified CORI or a certified driving record. We’ll send mailing instructions with your quote.
What kind of company document?

State-filed records like Delaware or Massachusetts certificates are priced differently from company documents we notarize, so this helps us quote accurately.

Do you already have a certified copy from the state?

We can order certified copies directly from the state for you.

Each signer is a separate notarial act, so this helps us quote accurately.

An estimate is fine. Uploading the document gets you the most accurate quote.

Does your document need witnesses?

Powers of attorney and estate planning documents often need witnesses as well as a notary. Check the signature page or ask whoever prepared the document.

Will your witnesses be there?

Witnesses need a valid photo ID and usually can’t be named in the document or benefit from it.

Which steps should we handle?

Most clients have us handle every step, so nothing comes back halfway through the chain.

Does each document have a notary section (a place for the notary’s signature and seal)?

Not sure is fine. Upload a photo and we’ll check for you. No notary section? Ask whoever requested the document which type of notarization they need (acknowledgment or jurat). We can attach a Massachusetts certificate, but we can’t choose the type for you.

EXAMPLE OF A NOTARY SECTION
COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS
County of ____________
On this ____ day of ____________, 20___, before me, the undersigned notary public, personally appeared ________________, who presented the following identification: ______________________ (e.g., Massachusetts driver’s license, U.S. passport)…

______________________________
Notary Public
My commission expires: __________
SEAL

It's usually near the signature line, with blanks for the notary's signature, seal and commission date. It may say "acknowledgment," "jurat," "sworn to" or "subscribed." For an apostille, it must include a line for the type of ID the signer presented (highlighted above).

Does the notary section include a line for the signer’s ID?

Massachusetts apostilles require the notary section to state the ID the signer presented. Not sure? Upload your document below and we’ll check before your appointment.

Upload your documents
Choose a fileA phone photo or scan is fine · PDF, JPG or PNG

The whole document is best, so we can review it. If you can only send a photo, include the page with the notary section. You can add up to 3 files.

Upload your documents (optional)
Choose a fileA phone photo or scan is fine · PDF, JPG or PNG

The whole document is best, so we can review it. You can add up to 3 files.

Step 3 · How we’ll work together
How would you like to get your documents to us?
How should we return your documents?

Apostilles are processed after your appointment, so even with a mobile visit we return the finished documents by tracked shipping.

Ship to my appointment address?

Couriers need it for delivery.

Prepaid label: include it with your documents, or hand it to the notary at your appointment.

Students and alumni: ask about our Student & Alumni Rate.
